Not only does it affect nearly every credit card transaction, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, but the bill specifically targets payment systems like eBay’s PayPal, Amazon, and Google Checkout, that are used by many online businesses.

Opening A Target Visa?
As a not so proud employee of Target (and trust me, I love shopping there, just hate working there), I know that cashiers CANNOT tell you why coupons or discounts are rejected. This discounts are usually tied to your credit card account which is private information. Nobody at Target is ALLOWED to know that information. Just because one stupid woman decides to complain to the Consumerist about her coupon being rejected, doesn’t mean they’re ‘The Big Man Trying to Bring the Little Man Down’.
Reader Nancy says that Target rejected the 10% coupon she received for being a Target Visa card holder.

I agree with credit cards in real life, I think that’s all we will have in the future, but in Monopoly? Were is the fun of the game?? I love showing of piles of money when playing! Visa stops card processing for Allofmp3.com
From NYTimes: “… credit card company Visa International said that it had suspended card service to the site, citing concerns over copyright issues.” Since when has it been Visa’s obligation to judge business morality? Will they also stop services to porn industries? Suggestions on where express displeasure with Visa?
